Stick It, Peel It, Move It: The Ultimate Wall Graphic

Our custom adhesive posters are a revolutionary leap forward from traditional paper posters and cheap vinyl decals. Printed on a premium, densely woven fabric material featuring an advanced low-tack adhesive backing, these graphics act like giant wall decals that you can easily install—without the need for tape, tacks, putty, or heavy glass frames.

Why Choose Low-Tack Fabric Over Standard Vinyl?

When most people think of wall stickers, they imagine thin vinyl that instantly wrinkles, stretches, or tears the moment you try to reposition it. Worse, traditional vinyl adhesives often harden over time, permanently bonding to the wall and ripping off the drywall paint when removed. Our woven fabric posters solve all of these issues. The slight rigidity of the textile prevents it from folding in on itself during installation. If it accidentally sticks together, you can simply pull it apart without ruining the graphic. The proprietary low-tack backing remains pliable, ensuring it releases cleanly from the wall whether it has been applied for two days or two years.

Endless Applications for Business and Home

Because they are perfectly safe for drywall, windows, and painted surfaces, adhesive posters are incredibly versatile:

  • Retail & Pop-up Shops: Quickly deploy seasonal sale graphics, window displays, or branding elements that can be easily removed when the promotion ends.
  • Trade Shows & Conventions: Travel light by bringing rolled fabric posters instead of bulky signage. Stick them directly to your convention booth walls and peel them down at the end of the show.
  • Office & Corporate Decor: Decorate glass conference room walls, lobby areas, and hallways without requesting drilling permissions from property management.
  • Renters & Dorm Rooms: Add massive, high-impact art to your living space without risking your security deposit on nail holes or torn paint.

Care, Maintenance, and Reusability

To maximize the lifespan and reusability of your adhesive poster, always keep the original paper backing that your poster arrives on. When you are ready to move the poster to a new location, simply peel it from the wall, gently re-apply it to the slick side of the backing paper, and roll it up. The adhesive will remain viable for dozens of applications as long as the adhesive back is kept free of heavy dust, pet hair, and lint. If the front of the fabric becomes dirty or dusty, it can be gently wiped with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.

How to Prepare Your Adhesive Poster Files

Large format printing magnifies everything—including flaws in your original design. To ensure your adhesive poster prints with the vibrant, razor-sharp quality you expect, meticulous file preparation is essential.

The Golden Rule: High Resolution (DPI)

A common mistake is downloading a logo or image from a website and stretching it to fit a 36-inch poster. Web images are typically 72 DPI (Dots Per Inch) and will look incredibly pixelated and blurry when printed at a large scale. To guarantee crisp lines and stunning photographic details:

  • Standard Requirement: All artwork must be designed at a minimum of 300 DPI at the exact physical size you want it printed (e.g., 24" x 36" canvas at 300 DPI).
  • Massive Sizes: For our largest 36" x 72" adhesive posters, if your computer struggles to process a 300 DPI canvas of that magnitude, a minimum of 150 DPI at full scale is acceptable, though vector files are always preferred.

Vector vs. Raster Graphics

Whenever possible, design your typography, logos, and illustrations using Vector formats (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or Vector PDFs). Vectors use mathematical equations rather than fixed pixels, meaning they can be scaled to the size of a skyscraper without losing a single drop of sharpness. If you must use raster images (photographs), ensure they are naturally high-resolution files shot on quality cameras, not compressed thumbnail images.

Color Mode: CMYK is Crucial

Digital screens emit light to display colors using RGB (Red, Green, Blue). Printers use physical ink to absorb light using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). You must convert your document to the CMYK color space before starting your design. If you submit an RGB file, our RIP software will automatically convert it, which often results in bright, neon colors appearing dull or "muddy" on the final print.

Pro Tip for Rich Black: If your poster features a massive solid black background, do not just use 100% K (Black). For the deepest, most vibrant black, use a "Rich Black" CMYK mix in your design software. We recommend C:60 M:40 Y:40 K:100.

Bleeds and Safe Zones

While adhesive posters do not require folded hems or grommets like vinyl banners, they are still cut from massive rolls of fabric using precision trimmers. To ensure no white borders are left on your print:

  • Bleed Margin: Add a 0.125-inch bleed around your entire design. This means extending your background color or background image slightly past the final trim size.
  • Safe Zone: Keep all important text, logos, and critical details at least 0.5 inches away from the edge to ensure they are not accidentally clipped during the final trimming process.

Turnaround & Delivery Logistics

Production Timeline

Every custom adhesive poster is printed on-demand and undergoes a strict quality assurance check. Standard production time is 1-3 business days after your uploaded artwork is approved by our pre-press team. This timeframe allows us to properly print your graphic using our eco-solvent inks, allow the necessary brief outgassing period so the ink bonds perfectly to the fabric fibers, and perform the final precision trimming before packaging.

Installation Instructions (How to Apply)

Applying your new wall graphic is a simple, stress-free process. Follow these steps for a perfect installation:

  1. Clean the Surface: Wipe down your wall or window with a dry or very slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove dust. Allow it to dry completely. Do not apply over freshly painted walls; wait at least 30 days for new paint to fully cure.
  2. The Top-Peel Method: Do not peel the entire poster off the backing paper at once! Peel down just the top 2 to 3 inches of the poster from the backing.
  3. Level and Stick: Lightly adhere that top exposed strip to your wall, ensuring it is level.
  4. Smooth as you Pull: Slowly pull the backing paper straight down toward the floor, using your other hand (or a soft squeegee/dry towel) to smooth the fabric poster against the wall in a sweeping side-to-side motion. This pushes air bubbles out the sides.
  5. Adjustments: If you get a bubble or it goes on crooked, simply peel it back up to that point and try again. The fabric will not stretch!
