How to Prepare Your X-Frame Banner Files
Because X-Frame banners use corner grommets to hook onto the tension frame, specific file preparation is critical to ensure your design looks perfect:
- The Grommet Safe Zone (Crucial): Keep all important text, logos, and critical design elements at least 2 inches away from all four corners. This prevents the metal grommets and the frame hooks from covering your information.
- File Dimensions: Ensure your document canvas size perfectly matches your selection (either 24"x63" or 32"x71").
- Resolution: Set your file to at least 150 - 300 DPI at full actual size to avoid pixelation.
- Color Mode: Please design in CMYK color mode.
Turnaround & Delivery
X-Frame Banners require specialized printing and finishing (grommet installation). Standard production time is 1-3 business days after artwork approval.
Local pickup is available at our Plano, TX location. If shipped, the collapsible frame and the rolled banner are packed together inside the carrying case, and shipped in an outer box to prevent damage.
