Carbonless forms (also known as NCR forms) are essential for creating instant, mess-free copies of invoices, receipts, work orders, and contracts. Eliminate the need for carbon paper and keep your documentation streamlined and professional.
- 2-Part Forms: White top sheet, yellow copy.
- 3-Part Forms: White top sheet, yellow copy, pink copy.
- Choose "Glued Edge" for loose sets, or "Wrap-Around Booklet" to keep forms securely bound in a pad with a protective wraparound cover to prevent write-through.
How to Prepare Your Files
To ensure your NCR forms print correctly, please follow these guidelines:
- File Format: A high-resolution PDF is preferred.
- Color: Standard NCR forms are printed in black ink. If your file contains color, it will automatically be converted to grayscale unless specifically noted in your order instructions.
- Margins: Keep all important text and lines at least 0.25" away from the edge of the page.
- Numbering: If you require sequential numbering, please leave a blank space measuring at least 1" x 0.5" in your design where the number should be printed.
Turnaround & Pickup
Because NCR forms require special printing, gluing, and padding processes, standard production time is 3-5 business days after artwork approval.
